• The charge port works with no issues or bent pins.
• The iPod can have marks and scratches, which are expected due to age.

Faulty condition:

• No power or does not power on fully to the home screen/main menu.
• The screen or front glass is cracked/smashed/broken and does not display correctly.
• Does not charge when a charge lead is inserted.
• Has ever suffered liquid damage.
• One or more buttons do not work.
• The headphone port does not work.
